"Bobby is the man! We had no intention of moving or selling our house - it wasn’t a question on if we could sell our downtown SLC home but where would we go that would be an affordable upgrade to our current spot in today’s market?.. Well Bobby was just the guy to find a solution to this question. Bobby came to us with an opportunity for an off market listing that not only doubled our current house size but was also 4x our property size. With it being an off market opportunity we knew we had to move fast, which meant our house had go on market fast. We put an offer on the house the day we saw it and Bobby had our house on the market and under contract within a week of listing it. This included sending professional cleaners to make sure our house was spotless and because it was such short notice he even put us in a hotel over the weekend while our house was being shown! We are now in our beautiful new home and could not be happier with the work Bobby put forward to make this happen.
